1. Delivery Areas 
We deliver Australia-wide. If there are any restrictions, they will be clearly noted before checkout. 

2. Processing Time 
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

3. Estimated Delivery Times 

  • Metro: 3–7 business days 

  • Regional: 5–10 business days 
    Delays may occur due to carrier issues or public holidays. 

4. Shipping Costs 
Calculated at checkout. Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly displayed. 

5. Responsibility for Goods 
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to your nominated address. 
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible — we will arrange a replacement or refund. 

6. Alcohol Delivery Requirements 
Alcohol will only be delivered to persons aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required at the time of delivery. 
If the recipient appears under 25, valid photo identification must be provided. 
We will not leave alcohol unattended unless: 

  • You have provided express authority to leave; and  

  • Such delivery is permitted under applicable state and territory liquor laws.
