4. Proof of PurchaseΒ 
Please provide proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation) when requesting a remedy.Β 

5. Change-of-Mind ReturnsΒ 
We are not required to accept returns if you change your mind. If we agree to accept a change-of-mind return:Β 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.Β 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.Β
