Under Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
For sales made in South Australia, the sale of liquor pursuant to the agreement to sell from this website is made at our licensed premises attached to the licence numbers listed below. Your contract of sale is with South Street Liquor Pty Ltd as the liquor is sold from our website by our licensee on behalf of South Street Liquor Pty Ltd. Accordingly, your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your offer by the holder of the liquor licence, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the abovementioned licensed premises.
For deliveries to South Australia, you agree that: (a) on delivery, the recipient of delivery will be required to (i) sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18 years of age, and (ii) if the recipient looks under 25 (at our discretion), provide proof of ID (including photographic identification and date of birth) and the name and date of birth of the recipient will be recorded; and (b) we are instructed to deliver the ordered products to a person at the delivery address provided they meet the "Delivery pre-conditions". Information collected and recorded under this condition will be held for a minimum of 12 months. These are requirements of South Australia's Liquor Licensing Legislation and will apply from 1 July 2019, and if the recipient is unable to comply, we will not be able to complete the delivery. This does not apply to deliveries where you have specifically instructed us to leave the order at an unattended delivery address.
